Delivery

FREE SHIPPING for all orders across Hong Kong SAR.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you place your order and then, a dispatch notification email which will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 30-40 days and will require a signature on delivery.

Accessories (14 days delivery)

Pre Order Delivery - please check the delivery date listed on the product page. We will dispatch as soon as your order is ready.

Currently, we primarily ship to Hong Kong. Oversea customers will be liable for any taxes and duties payable. For oversea customers, please contact our customer care team by emailing info@veromia.com.

Returns

We are committed to ensuring that you receive the highest quality items from Veromia online. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are more than willing to accept any returns.

Please keep in mind that:

• We will ONLY accept returns within 10 days from when the parcel has arrived and signed at your designated shipping address.

You can carry out the return in 3 simple steps:

• Simply scan the QR code on the back of the thank you card which arrived with your Veromia Merchandise, and fill in the return form.

• Our customer care team contacts you and advises you to contact a courier company of your choice to have the products returned to us within the 10 day period.

• Don't worry, the return delivery costs associated with returning your product will be fully compensated to you with our in-store credit.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 10 days of when you received them unworn, without damage, with swing tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns that are damaged soiled or without labels or hangers will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused.

These items are exempt from the refund policy:

Refunds

Once your return is received it will be inspected.

If your return is in the same condition as sent out, you will be approved for a refund; we will return to you the price of the product at the time of your purchase.

The refund will be made via the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

Please note that the refunded amount will not include shipping, tax, and related fees associated with the delivery of the merchandise.

The refund will be processed within 20 days of us receiving the returned item.

If your returned merchandise does not pass the inspection, we will notify you via email and why it was unsuccessful. We can ship the merchandise back to you, however this shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer.

If we have not emailed you about the return of your merchandise and you suspect that your return may have been miss-shipped, please get in contact with our Customer Care team.

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange service, in order to give you a hassle-free shopping experience. Instead, all returned items will be refunded where you have the freedom to purchase on any item from our website!
