Styling & Appointment

Head to our appointment page where you can book a virtual appointment to shop live with a Veromia stylist for your look or any personalized advice on styling, sizing, accessorizing, and more.

Virtual appointments are for one hour.

Once you schedule a virtual appointment, you will be assigned a Veromia stylist who will guide you through the appointment. We will send your zoom link 24 hours before appointment. Use the link to join your stylists at the time you selected. At the appointment, your stylist will guide you thru shopping our website, providing sizing advice, sharing insights and help accessorize your look. Also, your stylist will follow up with more details about all the looks you loved.


You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. You can reply to the email to confirm or cancel, or you may contact our customer care team directly.

Gowns

Select gowns are carefully crafted upon order.

Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Payme. All payments are processed via a secure checkout system. To make it all the more convenient for our Hong Kong consumers, we also accept payments via PayMe! 

All prices are stated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and they are final upon payment!

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it! 

Unfortunately, we can't make changes once your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then simply book a return.

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact our customer care team on live chat or at info@veromia.com as soon as possible quoting your order number. 

We do our very best to inspect every aspect of your order before it ships but if you find something unsatisfactory please email us straight away at info@veromia.com or contact our customer care team via live chat. 

We will organize a replacement to be shipped out to you. Alternatively a full refund will be given upon the return of the item, should a replacement not be available.


Delivery

FREE SHIPPING for all orders across Hong Kong SAR.

Oversea customers will be liable for any taxes and duties payable. For oversea customers, please contact our customer care team by emailing info@veromia.com.

For oversea customers, there may be an additional customs tax and country import duties that will need to be paid by the recipient before delivery when receiving an item from our warehouse at Hong Kong SAR. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. 

Return

For all online orders we offer a 10 day returns policy from when you receive your order. We will accept returns in new condition with all original tags and poly bag for a refund.  

The refund will be made via the original method of payment used to make the purchase. 

Please note that the refunded amount will not include shipping, tax, and related fees associated with the delivery of the merchandise.

• Simply scan the QR code on the back of the thank you card which arrived with your Veromia Merchandise, and fill in the return form. 

• Our customer care team contacts you and advises you to contact a courier company of your choice to have the products returned to us within the 10 day period. We recommend sending your return by recorded/trackable delivery.

• The return delivery costs associated with returning your product will be fully compensated to you with our in-store credit.

Unfortunately any return requests received more than 10 days from the received delivery date are ineligible for return. If you request a refund for an item within 10 days but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team - but any refund will be at our discretion.


We do not offer an exchange services so we recommend you send us your unsuitable item for a refund and order the required size/product.

As soon as we receive your return it takes 2-4 days to process and we say to allow up to 20 days for the payment to show on your account. Your refund will be made via the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We will send you an email when we have processed your refund. 

Gown Care

Our gowns are made from delicate fabrics so we recommend dry cleaning. Please follow the care label that is attached to prolong the life of your gown.

If you have ordered online your gown will have been folded and will need to be steamed to ensure it looks incredible. We recommend steaming your gown to remove unwanted creases, test a small area first to ensure you have the setting correct.
